SΛTIS member Tomáš Lintner is currently visiting the Mitchell Centre for Social Network Analysis at the University of Manchester, one of the leading hubs for social network research in Europe.
During his stay, Tomáš is working with Tom Diviák and Kris Pranevskis to complete a joint research project on the dynamics of an illicit darknet drug market network. The project applies advanced network methods to better understand how online illicit markets evolve over time — including how participants form, maintain, and dissolve their connections in environments shaped by anonymity and risk.
The visit is also an opportunity to strengthen the ties between the SΛTIS Lab and the Mitchell Centre, and we look forward to seeing the results of this collaboration in the coming months.
